We are mindful of your privacy and current privacy laws so, at any time, you can click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter to remove yourself from our mailing list.

HOTMAIL USERS
Due to a SPAM policy recently implemented by Hotmail, some email may be sent to your Hotmail Junk folder automatically.

To ensure that you receive our email, you can add our domain to your list and prevent this from happening. Simply carry out these steps below.

While logged in to your Hotmail Account:
To ensure that messages from specific e-mail addresses are not sent to your Junk E-Mail folder, you can add them to your Safe List.
1. Click "Options"
2. On the left side of the page, click "Mail", and then click "Junk E-Mail Protection".
3. Click Safe List.
4.Type petsplus.com.au, and then click "Add".

Note: It's a good idea to check your Junk E-Mail folder frequently to ensure that important mail is not being filtered as junk. If you find our message in the Junk Folder, select the check box next to the message, and then click Not Junk on the toolbar.
