Orders in stock will usually ship the same day (Mon-Fri). Other orders usually ship within 2 business days via the post method you selected during checkout. If, for some reason, we are unable to dispatch your order on time, we will contact you to advise. |

Shipping Choices

At checkout, you will be given a choice of Australia Post & Courier shipping services. We strongly recommend that you choose a method that provides parcel tracking, delivery signature and insurance to cover your items for loss in transit. Australia Post Standard mail is only available for orders under $100. Orders over $100 sent Standard mail must be signed for.

Courier Delivery
All courier orders need to be signed for. Please select a shipping address where someone will be able to sign for the package - either someone at home during the day or your work address.
Courier Delivery Times
Courier deliveries are via road courier. These courier services are offered by us to provide competitive shipping rates to you for larger items. Delivery times are the number of BUSINESS days quoted by the courier company and apply once your order has been dispatched and an email confirmation is sent to you. Note: They are not a guarantee of delivery but a guide to when you can expect your order to arrive.
All orders are dispatched from MELBOURNE.
Courier deliveries cannot be sent to PO boxes or private bags.
If for some reason, someone is not able to sign for the package, a card may be left behind to contact the courier for an appropriate time to deliver the package.
Direct Deposit & Money Orders
At the final payment screen you can choose to pay via:
- An Australia Post Money Order
- Direct Deposit from your Australian bank account
Online orders purchased via Money Order will remain valid for 7 days and will be cancelled if payment is not received within this time.
International Orders
All product prices shown in Australian dollars include a 10% Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST). Prices in other currencies are shown excluding GST. Orders sent outside Australia receive a GST credit at checkout.
For international orders, your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. All international orders over $100 Australian dollars are registered and insured.
We recommend that you check with your country's customs authority BEFORE ordering to ensure the products you order are not restricted imports.
Our Return Policy
Our shopping area has been carefully designed to provide you with as much information as possible on all our products to help you make the right selection. Please use this information and select carefully! If you need more information, you can contact us via email or phone us during business hours on 03 9555 9161.
Pet Wares Plus will provide a return and exchange if the products received are faulty or significantly different to those shown or described. If this is the case, Pet Wares Plus will pay for all costs in providing the exchange.
If for any other reason, you would like to exchange an item, the product/s must be returned in original condition with packaging. The only cost to you is the postage to send the item back to us, any additional charge for the exchanged item, if applicable, and the cost of postage of the exchanged item back to you.
To return an item, login to your account, view your previous orders and select the item you wish to return.
