How to Shop at Pet Wares Plus
Pet Wares Plus have developed a shopping system that is simple
to use. You can browse the items on the site, adding items to your
shopping cart and order instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
To select products from our range, simply put items in your shopping
cart using the selection boxes and "Add To Cart" button
in the product displays.
Your Shopping Cart
Your shopping cart contents are displayed in the right column of
your screen. To remove or change the quantity of an item you wish
to order, simply click the "Make Changes" button
in the cart display.
You can also estimate the cost of shipping the
items that are currently in your shopping cart, by clicking the
"Get Delivery Cost" link at the top of the page or in the cart display screen. All you will need to provide is
a postcode/suburb or country.
Changing Your Order
If you decide to remove an item or make any changes in the quantity
ordered, click the "Make Changes" link in your shopping
cart display. From the next screen you can edit your order.
Note: You must click the "Update" button to record any
changes you make before you can continue.
The Payment
When you're finished shopping and are ready to order, use the
"Buy Now" button to begin the payment process. From here,
you will be prompted to enter your payment information. Your progress
through the payment area is displayed at the top of each screen.
If you have missed required information, further instructions will
be displayed in red at the top of the screen. When your payment
information is correct, a final invoice will be displayed. You should
print the final invoice for your records. Nothing is billed until
you've completed this step.

Common Problems
Is your Shopping Cart not working?
Can't click to the next page?
If you are placing items into your cart, but they are not staying
in your cart, then:
1. Your browser may be rejecting "cookies". You'll need
to enable "cookies" on your browser to use our shopping
cart feature.
2. The Temporary Internet Files on your PC need to be cleaned
out.
Here is the solution for PC users of Internet Explorer.
1. In your browser menu at the top, click "Tools" and
then "Internet Options".
2. In the next screen displayed to you, click the "Delete Files"
button in the middle.
3. At the next screen, tick the "Delete all offline content"
checkbox and click OK.
4. Click OK to close the Internet Options box.
