Our shipping policy is simple - at cost! If for some reason we are able to pack your order for a lower rate, you will be charged the reduced rate automatically on dispatch!

Due to package size restrictions up to 40kg, we are not able to offer some very large pet items. However, if you are looking for a large item, you can contact us for availability, pricing and courier rates for these large products or arrange to pick up an item from our office in Moorabbin in Melbourne's South East.
